QuiteNote 隐私政策
QuiteNote 是一款 macOS 剪贴板记录、截图、录屏与整理工具。本政策说明 QuiteNote 如何处理信息。
1. 我们处理的信息
- 剪贴板内容：当你主动使用捕获功能时，应用会读取当前剪贴板内容，并在本机保存记录、来源应用和可识别的链接信息。
- 截图和录屏：当你主动使用相关功能时，生成的图片、视频和标注内容会保存到你选择的本机目录，并可在应用记录中引用。
- 应用设置：例如保存目录、功能开关和快捷键等设置保存在本机。
- 诊断日志：应用可能在本机保存运行日志、错误信息和崩溃信息，用于排查问题。
2. 用户反馈功能
当你主动通过应用内「用户反馈」提交反馈时，以下内容会发送并保存到 QuiteNote 运营方的服务器（Cloudflare D1/R2 存储）：你填写的反馈类型与描述、你选填的联系方式、你主动附上的截图附件，以及版本、系统、分发渠道等技术环境信息。若你勾选「附带运行日志」，还会一并发送应用运行打点日志（仅包含功能节点、内容长度、图片尺寸、哈希摘要等统计信息，不包含你的剪贴板、消息或记录内容）。
反馈内容、联系方式、截图附件与运行日志仅用于排查问题并与你取得联系，不用于广告、营销或跨应用追踪，除法律要求外不会提供给第三方。你未提交反馈时，应用不会上传任何上述信息。
3. AI 功能和第三方服务
AI 摘要功能是可选的。只有在你配置并使用 AI 功能时，应用才会将你选择用于摘要的内容发送到你配置的 OpenAI 兼容接口。接口地址和 API 密钥由你配置；API 密钥保存在 macOS 钥匙串中。第三方服务对数据的处理受其自身隐私政策约束。
截图 OCR 使用 macOS Vision 在本机处理，不需要把图片上传到我们的服务器。
4. 权限
屏幕录制和麦克风权限只在你使用对应功能时请求。你可以随时在 macOS 系统设置中撤销这些权限；撤销后对应功能可能无法使用。
5. 数据存储、删除和分享
QuiteNote 的记录、附件和诊断日志默认保存在你的 Mac 本机。应用没有内置广告，也没有在当前版本中主动收集用于广告或跨应用追踪的个人信息。你可以通过应用内删除功能或删除应用数据目录来移除本地记录；请备份你需要保留的内容。
除你主动启用的 AI 请求、你主动提交的用户反馈、系统权限对应的功能，以及你主动导出的文件外，QuiteNote 不会主动把你的剪贴板、截图或录屏上传给 QuiteNote 运营方。如需删除已提交的反馈数据，可通过「联系我们」中的渠道提出。
6. 儿童隐私
QuiteNote 不面向儿童设计。我们不会主动收集儿童个人信息。
7. 政策更新
如果数据处理方式发生变化，我们会更新本页面的生效日期，并在必要时通过应用或发布页面提示。

QuiteNote Privacy Policy
QuiteNote is a macOS clipboard, screenshot, screen-recording, and organization tool. Clipboard records, screenshots, recordings, settings, and diagnostic logs are stored locally on your Mac by default.
When you voluntarily submit feedback via the in-app feedback feature, the following are sent to and stored on the operator's server (Cloudflare D1/R2): the feedback type and description you write, the optional contact information you provide, any screenshot attachments you choose to include, and technical environment details (app version, OS, distribution channel). If you enable "attach runtime logs", operation statistics are also included (feature events, content lengths, image dimensions, hash digests only — never your clipboard, messages, or records). Feedback data is used solely to investigate issues and reply to you; it is not used for advertising, marketing, or cross-app tracking, and is not shared with third parties except as required by law. No such data is transmitted unless you submit feedback.
AI summarization is optional. When enabled and used, content selected for summarization is sent to the OpenAI-compatible endpoint configured by you. The API key is stored in the macOS Keychain. The third-party service's privacy policy applies to its processing.
OCR uses macOS Vision locally. Screen Recording and Microphone permissions are requested only when you use the corresponding features. QuiteNote does not include advertising or knowingly collect data for cross-app tracking in the current version.
